Last updated: 16 October 2026. These terms apply when you use the Mr. Radiant website or hire Mr. Radiant for services. By using the site or accepting a proposal from us, you agree to them.

About Us

Who we are:

  • Mr. Radiant: a digital marketing agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, run by Raian Mehrak Noor.

  • What we do: SEO, content generation, website design, social media marketing and paid advertising.

Proposals and Agreements

How projects are agreed:

  • Written scope: each project is set out in a proposal, quote or agreement that lists the work, timeline and price.

  • Order of priority: if that document and these terms disagree, the signed proposal or agreement wins.

  • Changes: extra work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.

Payments

Paying for services:

  • Invoices: fees, due dates and accepted methods are stated on your invoice. See our Payment Process page for details.

  • Deposits: some projects need an upfront deposit before work begins.

  • Late payment: we may pause work until overdue invoices are paid.

  • Ad spend: budgets paid to platforms such as Google or Meta are separate from our fees and are paid by the client.

Results and Guarantees

What we can and cannot promise:

  • Our commitment: we work to industry best practice and report honestly on results.

  • Platforms we do not control: rankings, reach and ad performance depend on third parties such as Google and Meta, which change their systems without notice.

  • Guarantees: any performance guarantee or refund offer applies only as written in your signed proposal or agreement, including its conditions.

Your Responsibilities

To help us deliver, you agree to

  • Provide access and information: on time, and keep it accurate.

  • Own your materials: have the rights to any content, logos or images you give us.

  • Follow platform rules: and the law in how your business uses the work we deliver.

Intellectual Property

Who owns what

  • Your deliverables: once paid in full, you own the final deliverables made for you.

  • Our tools and know-how: we keep ownership of our methods, templates and general knowledge.

  • Portfolio: we may mention you as a client or publish a case study only with your permission.

  • This website: the content on this site belongs to Mr. Radiant or its licensors. See the Licenses page for credits.

Confidentiality

Keeping things private:

  • Both ways: we keep your non-public business information confidential, and you keep our proposals and pricing confidential.

  • Account access: passwords and logins you share are used only for your project.

Use of This Website

When using the site, please do not:

  • Misuse it: attempt to hack, overload or disrupt the site.

  • Spam: send automated or misleading form submissions.

  • Copy content: republish our articles or case studies without permission.

About our content:

  • Information only: articles and case studies share general knowledge and past results. They are not professional, legal or financial advice.

  • Other websites: links to other sites, including MonsiTools and MonsiTrade, are provided for convenience and have their own terms.

Liability and Termination

Limits:

  • Liability cap: to the extent the law allows, our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project.

  • Indirect losses: we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

  • Ending a project: either side may end an agreement as its notice terms allow. Work completed up to that point is still payable.

Governing Law

Applicable law:

  • Bangladesh: these terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes go to the courts of Dhaka.

  • Changes to these terms: we may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
