  • Contact form: your name, the contact detail you enter and your message.

  • Booking a meeting: your name, email address and any notes you add when you book a call through our Google Calendar booking page.

  • Working with us: business details, files, account access and other information you share so we can deliver a project.

Information collected automatically:

  • Hosting and security: our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

  • Cookies: the site sets one first-party cookie (__Host-mr). It holds no personal information and is not used for tracking or advertising. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

  • Embedded content: some pages embed Google Calendar or YouTube. Those services may collect data under their own privacy policies when the embed loads.

How We Use Your Information

We use it to

  • Reply to you: answer enquiries and schedule meetings.

  • Deliver our services: plan and run SEO, content, web design, social media and advertising work for clients.

  • Send the newsletter: only if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

  • Google: Calendar, Meet and Gmail for meetings and email.

Other cases:

  • Legal requests: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and users.

  • Business changes: if Mr. Radiant is merged or sold, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

Storage, Security and Retention

How we look after your data:

  • Security: the site runs over HTTPS with strict security headers, and access to client accounts is limited to the work you hired us for.

  • International transfers: our providers may store data outside Bangladesh, including in the United States and the European Union.

  • Retention: we keep enquiries for up to 2 years, client records for as long as the law requires, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

Your Rights and Choices

You can ask us to

  • Access: send you a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

  • Correct: fix information that is wrong or out of date.

  • Delete: erase your information when we no longer need it for a legal reason.

  • Stop emails: unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
